Daily $30.00  

Weekly   $175 (includes electricity)

     1 - 2  Months   $350/mo (plus electricity)

   3 - 4  Months   $325/mo (plus electricity)

    5  Months +  $300/mo  (plus electricity)

Water and electric only - $25/day

       Annual Rate - $3,300 paid in advance

(Rates are based on 2 person occupancy with one additional vehicle)

 Additional persons $2 ea per night

Tent sites (per tent, 2 adults)   $25.00/day - With electric - $30/day

Rent starts on scheduled date of arrival.

A $75.00 electric deposit is required in advance

Propane Available on Site

We have fully furnished on site travel trailers

for rent, please inquire

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be cancelled 45 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival

 or you will be charged 1 months rent.  There will be a $35 cancellation charge

for any cancellation.
